This Dragonite was released just before the beginning of the Video Game Championships, which, at the time, had a level cap of 50. Dragonite can only learn the move Outrage after level 50, however this Dragonite knows it at level 50, thus making it eligible for the Video Game Championships. In general, it was released in an effort to promote the VGC. |
